Kergulen's Island in the southern Indian Ocean, visited by Cook in 1776. Although unaccredited in this edition the views were drawn by Cook's sailing master, William Bligh, later to find infamy in the 'Mutiny on the Bounty'. Engraved for an edition of Cook's Voyages. HOGG0010
