A large and decorative map of Holland, with an allegorical title cartouche and inset maps of their colonies overseas. To the right of the cartouche is a map of the Eastern Seaboard of America from Massachussets south to the Chesapeake, with a prospect of New York City, here still called "Niew Amsterdam", despite the settlement being in English hands since 1674. Under the map is a map of the East Indies, with a prospect of Batavia.
